Donny Blatcher

Donny Blatcher joined the DBS team in 2025 as part of our Production crew, bringing valuable experience from his time at R&R Machinery Moving. His background in rigging, heavy equipment, and tools gives him a strong foundation for success in the field.

Donny is known for his ability to connect with others and create a positive, motivating environment. He’s especially excited to learn new skills, meet new teammates, and grow within the company as he “learns the ropes” at DBS.

Outside of work, Donny enjoys sim racing online, playing outdoor sports, making music, and spending time with friends and family. If he could have dinner with anyone, it would be Dale Earnhardt—a legendary figure who inspires both on and off the track.
