Steve joined the DBS team in 2026 as a Utility Tech, bringing hands-on construction experience and a strong attention to detail. Originally from Coon Rapids, Minnesota, he has a background in home projects, flooring, and maintaining clean, organized work environments, making him a reliable and efficient team member.

Steve is known for his detail-oriented approach and ability to support his team while ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard. He enjoys working hands-on, solving problems, and helping keep projects running smoothly and safely.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys basketball, fishing, gaming, shooting, and fitness. If he could have dinner with any historical figure, he would choose Sun Tzu for his strategic thinking and approach to problem-solving.
