Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing and Foundation Support for Wet Basement in Superior, WI

A homeowner in Superior, WI contacted DBS for information on waterproofing their leaky basement. They had been living in the home for nearly 10 years and noticed the problem gradually worsening, due to cracking in the basement foundation walls. DBS Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. DBS Commerical Representative Casey Healy was the leading foreman on the job. He and his production team installed our WaterGuard® System along the perimeter of the basement, as well as CleanSpace® Wall Poly on the walls. The system directs all moisture to a new SuperSump™ sump pump. The crew connected this system to a new discharge line with IceGuard® to prevent freezing water in the winter months. The crew also installed 5 PowerBrace™ steel I-beams to stop the movement of the bowing basement wall and restore their original position.  These homeowners were happy with the work done and now have a safe and dry basement to enjoy!
