Homeowners in Columbia Heights, MN wanted to restore their back patio. Over time, soil washout caused their slab to settle and crack. Looking for a permanent solution, they contacted DBS for a free, no-obligation estimate on our PolyLevel service.Concrete Repair Production Manager Steve Lafontaine visited the home to measure movement on the slab and design a custom solution. DBS Foreman Elisha Schlipp and her team installed expanding PolyLevel beneath the home's driveway, sidewalk, and patio. This polyurethane foam is injected beneath the slab via a pea-sized hole in the concrete. Expanding upon application, it raises the slab back to level and hardens as it cures. From there, they filled the concrete cracks with NexusPro®.After a successful project to lift and level the slab, the homeowners can now make better use of their outdoor spaces.
