Photo Album: Water Intrusion Hassle in Carlton, MN Home Fixed with Waterproofing Solution

In this Carlton, MN home, the homeowner was experiencing water intrusion in their basement. To avoid further water damage, and the hassle of cleaning up, they turned to DBS to help find the best solution for their home.  Design Specialist Jacob Nustad assisted this homeowner in a free no-obligation estimate. After close inspection, it was decided that a WaterGuard® drainage system would be the most effective solution for this problem.  Foreman Tyler Nacey led the installation of this project with help from a partner. Together, the pair installed a WaterGuard® french drain system. This waterproofing system is installed by placing a drain system under the concrete; this drain collects water seepage from the walls and floor joists and moves it to a sump pump in order to get rid of the unwanted water intrusion quickly and effectively. This homeowner will not have to worry about flooding in their basement and can now relax in their healthy home.
