Our Overall Service
Everyone I've worked with at DBS is incredibly helpful, patient and thorough. It's clear that high quality customer service is a priority at this company, from project estimates all the way through billing!
Sales Process
I worked with James for project estimates. I was so pleased with the first one, that i called and requested him by name when we chose to pursue a second project. He did an excellent job explaining his recommendations and working with our budget. I would seek him out again if we needed more work done.
Our Installation Crew
Zach was the foreman on our installations, with Jerry and Rowan as installers. They were friendly, professional, and neat with their work. Zach did a great job answering my questions and addressing my concerns.
