Our Overall Service
Completed project was what was hoped for.
Call Representative
From 4/4/25 till scheduling called on 7/23/25 for install on 8/19/25 just felt a little long when signing a contract with 1/2 down that early in the season and no follow up communication.
Even though my time frame didn't matter, communication is key.
Sales Process
On site meeting was great, but follow up emails didnt get attention.

Shane & Trevor saved the companies "integrity". Did a great job, and nice to work with when explaining their process for the day.

A friend Hans Ostrgaard referred DBS, but that was in April before he was latter billed for work that the crew had not even been on site. The billing department is on top of things, but it almost seemed like this was priority before team communication. Shane and Trevor put me at ease, now we see how the product holds up.our service area
