Homeowner in Askov, MN Reaches Out to DBS for Help with Bowing Walls

The owner of this home in Askov, MN reached out to DBS looking for help with bowing walls in their basement.

A DBS Design Specialist went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, the Design Specialist recommended our Geo-Lock® Wall Anchor System.

Foreman Jacob Nustad led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed Geo-Lock® anchors on the inside of the basement walls in order to permanently stabilize the basement walls. The Geo-Lock® works to lock the anchors from the outside through soil as there is another anchor buried in the soil outside parallel to the one on the inside. 

Now that the basement walls have been stabilized, the homeowner can relax with peace of mind.
