This customer was experiencing a sagging crawl space and reached out to us to figure out the best option for their home. After one of our design specialist assessed the problem, it was determined that implementing new support beams and a SmartJack system was the best solution to their problem.

After figuring out what timeframe works best for the customer's schedule, a foreman and crew began work. After the beams and SmartJack system were installed, the customer was able to appreciate a level floor and left the experience with a WOW mindset!

This customer was looking to properly waterproof their basement! After a quick response, our design specialist was able to recommended our Brightwall and Waterguard to repair and seal their foundation!

After scheduling the best time with the customer, one of our foremen led the installation of this project with help from their team. The crew began prepping to repair and seal the damaged foundation, clearing any belongings and sealing the area to insure a clean home. Then they began the repair/sealing process to help create a lasting and effective solution. Now this homeowner can relax in their healthy home!

Homeowners of this 1978 Duluth, MN home were concerned with sloping of their 3-season porch addition. They knew this was stemming from some issues with foundation settling, and had even seen some water leaking. With plans to live in their home for years to come, they reached out to DBS for a permanent solution. 

DBS Design Specialist James Miller visited the home for a free, no-obligation estimate for the best course of action. He recommended our Helical Deck Piers as well as some sealing for minor cracks in the home's foundation.

Foreman Zach Royer and his crew drove 4 Helicast™ Helical Deck Piers into the ground to support and restore the porch's original position. Our crew also completed removal of existing sonotubes, in which the original footings of the deck were poured.

Owners of this home in Duluth, MN now use the property for vacationing during the summer months. It was determined that a lift procedure was needed to address foundation settlement, as well as some supplemental support. Zach Royer and his production crew installed a 14-ft support beam beneath the home and then drove 2 HelixPro® piers into the ground to support the structure. These piers are driven through the soil, down to the strata layer of rock, providing solid support to the home.

The homeowners were happy with the work done and can now enjoy a safe and supported vacation home for years to come! 

Homeowners in Minnetonka, MN had issues with the large 3-season porch on the back of their home. Over time, the tall support posts had settled and begun to lean, causing the structure itself to sink.

Sales Manager Royce Bunn was the Design Specialist for this job visited the home to provide a free, no-obligation estimate. He discovered more sinking on the back side of the home and designed a foundation repair plan for both the home and the back deck.

Our foundation repair his crew excavated the exterior of the home in order to perform a lift procedure. Our team installed 8 push piers total at the base of the home on the exterior of the home. These galvanized steel piers were then hydraulically driven into the ground to weight-bearing soils. The weight of the home was then transferred to the competent soil.

From there our team performed the deck stabilization work by driving 4 HelixPro® piers beneath the wooden supports. This home is now fully stabilized and ready to go on the market!
