A customer contacted DBS due to recurrent water seepage into their basement during spring thaw, despite the absence of visible cracks.

Solution

Upon inspection by our Design Specialist, it was recommended to install WaterGuard® along the basement walls to manage water flow. WaterGuard® efficiently captures wall and floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, channeling it through the drainage pipe to the sump pump. This solution effectively mitigates water intrusion, providing a reliable and long-term resolution to the customer's basement flooding issue. The installation process was executed smoothly, and the customer expressed satisfaction with the results, thereby resolving the recurring problem.
