Foundation Repair - Patched Cracks
The wall shows areas where the blocks are an unusual distance apart from each other and there seems to be newer concrete added between blocks. To us this shows that these were potentially large cracked areas that a previous homeowner had attempted to patch in order to maintain the wall. Unfortunately, a fix like this acts only as a bandage and does not address the root problem.
