Bowed Wall Before Repair
The homeowner contacted DBS after a severe storm caused this concrete block wall to shift inward and crack. The damage raised serious concerns about potential structural failure.

Anchor Rods and Temporary Bracing in Place
To ensure safety and alignment during installation, temporary bracing supported the wall as the steel rods were drilled through to the exterior and tightened to begin correction.

Channel Anchors Installed
During installation, our crew precisely positioned each GeoLock® Channel Anchor along the wall. The system connects to earth anchors embedded in stable soil outside, providing lasting reinforcement.

Exterior Waterproofing Completed
Our team excavated along the wall's exterior to relieve pressure and install waterproofing protection. A new drainage system and moisture barrier were added to defend against future water intrusion and soil movement.

Earth Anchor Plates Installed
From the exterior, you can see the earth anchor plates securely embedded in undisturbed soil. These anchors work with the interior Channel Anchors to counteract soil pressure, permanently stabilizing the wall and preventing further movement.
