DBS Before & After Photos

This homeowner in Crystal, MN wanted to find a solution for their foundation walls. The walls were cracked and bowed, so the owners reached out to DBS for help.

One of our Design Specialist went out to the home and conducted a free, no-obligation estimate for the homeowners. After a careful inspection, James recommended our PowerBrace® Wall Bracing System.

Foreman Cobi Stokes led the installation of this project. These steel i-beams are fastened to the joists of the floors and ceiling and are able to permanently stabilize the walls. They can also be adjusted in order to straighten the wall back to its original position. This homeowner can now relax knowing their home is stable and supported.

This homeowner contacted DBS after enduring a daily routine to bring their space heater upstairs just so they could warm the upstairs addition. They wanted proper insulation to alleviate this issue and finally have a warmer upstairs level.

Our Design Specialist visited the property and recommended a solution that involves a full installation of the attic.

When Kornell Green, our Foreman, and the crew went to the property, they installed 5 XL can light covers, air sealed and insulated the access points, baffles, and floors using our spray foam insulation. Once the spray foam insulation was complete, Kornell and the team secured the installation further by using our TruSoft Cellulose. Once the project was complete, the homeowner was very happy with the final result!

These homeowners in New Hope, MN, reached out to us at DBS, concerned about the integrity of their home. Our Appointment Center promptly set up an appointment for a thorough home inspection with one of our Design Specialists, who visited the property, and diagnosed the underlying issue as a flawed foundation.
