In Maplewood, MN, a homeowner was preparing their house for sale but faced a setback with uneven concrete. As shown in the before photo, the sinking slabs were more than just an eyesore - they posed potential trip hazards. Luckily, technology comes to the rescue! Using PolyLevel® and NexusPro®, as you can notice in the after photo, we not only lifted and stabilized the concrete but also sealed the joints, transforming the pathway into a smooth, safe, and appealing surface. Our expert approach meant this homeowner could move forward with selling their home, worry-free.

This homeowner in North Oaks, MN wanted to address their uneven concrete. They wanted the tripping hazards and pools of water gone, so they reached out to DBS for help.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of the project with help from a team. The team began by drilling small holes into the unlevel concrete sections. PolyLevel® Foam is then injected under the slab in order to lift and level the area. Once the foam hardens, NexusPro® Sealant is used to fill in the cracks and joints.
This homeowner will no longer need to worry about pooling water or tripping hazards.
