Foreman Kevin Steffey and his production crew installed our PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System to immediately stabilize the bowing walls. Over time the PowerBrace® System is tightened by our service team to restore the wall to level.

This home in White Bear Lake, MN was leaking water in one particular part of the basement. Homeowners had issues with water making its way into the basement in large amounts, especially in the spring while the family was traveling. Sales Manager Royce Bunn was the Design Specialist for this project and visited the home to provide a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. It was determined that an insulating-waterproofing system would need to be installed.

DBS Foreman Zach Royer and crew excavated soil around the base of the home's front entry and added a SentrySeal® membrane to seal off any cracks in the foundation from the outside. The crew also installed SilverGlo™ insulation to further protect the home's foundation.

The homeowners were happy with the work done and now have heavy-duty insulation and support for their basement.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with help from a crew. Together they installed the WaterGuard®Drain System around the interior perimeter of the basement by creating trenches for the drains to be placed into. The TripleSafe™ sump pump was installed in the lowest part of the home to collect water in the drains and pump it up and away from the foundation.

Now that the home has been properly waterproofed, the homeowner can relax knowing that their basement will stay drier.
