In West Lake Township near Lake Elmo, MN, a homeowner faced a troubling situation—a once-sturdy wall was perilously pushed inward, dangerously close to collapse. Concerned and seeking reliable support, they turned to us for a lasting solution. A customer reached out to DBS regarding an issue with their concrete garage floor. The slab had started deteriorating from water seepage inside the garage, and it was beginning to crack and shift. They wanted to solve the problem before it started to escalate further. DBS sent out a crew to provide the garage with PolyLevel® and NexusPro®. The issue was resolved and the garage apron was saved from any further damage.

DBS received a call that a home in Mora, MN needed maintenance. The house required two of our services, wall stabilization, and basement waterproofing to keep it warm and dry. We installed the PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System for support, then began the basement waterproofing services. We started by using our Super Sump® Premier Pump System to make sure the water was sufficiently being managed in the home. Then, we use our interior waterproofing around the entire perimeter of the basement to make sure the whole area remains dry. Design Specialist Royce Bunn visited the home, assessed the problem, and created a solution for the unwanted water and failing walls. WaterGuard® and our TripleSafe™ Sump Pump were recommended to make sure the basement stays dry all year long. To permanently stabilize the walls our PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System was installed along the perimeter of the basement. Foreman Kevin Steffey and his crew successfully installed the products.
