The owner of this home in New Richmond, WI reached out to us concerned about cracks in their garage slab and apron. 

Design Specialist Justin Mundahl went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, Justin created a quote for our concrete lifting and leveling service.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with help from a crew. Together they injected PolyLevel® foam to fill voids underneath the concrete to lift and level the problem areas. After leveling the concrete, the crew sealed all of the joints and cracks with NexusPro® sealant.

The homeowner rated the project a 10 and can now relax with peace of mind!

This vented crawl space was creating an avenue for the chilly air of winter to enter the home and create cold floors and an inefficient building. After completely encapsulating and insulating the crawl space this home is now more efficient and does not have the same problems with cold and drafty rooms that it once had. 

DBS received a call that a home in Deer River, MN looking to reduce the mold and mold odors in their home. The home had trouble with water and humidity, prior to calling us. The moisture created unwanted mold and mildew smells. DBS went to the home and quickly created a solution, our Design specialist, Royce Bunn, created a proposal to install a dehumidifying system and a CleanSpace® high-performance moisture barrier. We added some insulation and a drainage system to make sure the basement maintains a waterproof atmosphere, preventing mold in the future.
