Foreman Tyler Nacey led a team in the installation of this project. Together, the team removed concrete from the basement and placed drainage pipes that connect to a sump pump. This WaterGuard® drain collects water through the walls and at the floor joists in order to catch any intrusion before it enters your basement. The water is then transported to a sump pump and discarded from the home. After installing the drain system, the concrete is replaced in a smooth and flush manner.
