DBS Before & After Photos

This basement had become wet due to an ineffective drainage system in the home. The walls were also cracked and bowing which was allowing water to enter the home. These photos show an in-progress shot of our products being installed including our CleanSpace wall liner, drain tile, and GeoLock Earth Anchors which permanently stabilize the wall and help to straighten it over time. 

This customer found us at the Hibbing Home Show in March of 2018. She had many concerns with her basement, one was leaking water through the foundation.  System Design Specialist, Rich Johnsen visited the home and proposed installing our WaterGauard system and SuperSump to help eliminate leaking water. An additional 20mil poly would be installed on the walls to help siphon the water into the WaterGuard track. 

The sidewalk at this Hibbing, MN church had become such a hazard that they had resorted to painting the uneven sidewalk with yellow hazard paint. They were relieved when DBS offered a solution to fix the hazardous walkway. By using our PolyLevel foam injection system we were able to lift and level the sidewalk. 

A homeowner in Hibbing, MN regarding their crawlspace foundation. It had a bowing wooden foundation, and they were worried that the issue would worsen once winter hits. DBS was able to stabilize the wall by installing GeoLock® Wall Anchors, as shown in the picture. These are steel anchors that get embedded into the undisturbed soil on the exterior part of the wall and are attached to the interior portion of the wall to help straighten it out. 

Amazing results from a PolyLevel® service DBS provided in Hibbing, MN. The concrete driveway was badly sunken and had lots of cracking, which was concerning for the homeowner. DBS was able to lift and level the concrete, and sealed all the cracks with NexusPro™.
