DBS Before & After Photos

Customer was looking to put new garage doors on his garage, but his floor was very damaged and not level.  Our team was able to get it close to level and fill the cracks to make his garage useable once again. We were thrilled to WOW this Tower, MN customer!

This customer was looking to repair their unlevel concrete path in front of their home. After reaching out, our Design Specialist went out to the property to do a free, no-obligation estimate to determine the best solution for the homeowner. After coming to a decision that worked best for the homeowner, which was to level the concrete, our team was able to level out the path and remove the tripping hazard! We were happy to satisfy and WOW this Tofte, MN Customer!

A building in Rice Lake, WI was experiencing issues with leaking water and it was worrying for the owner, due to the damages that can occur from this. In need of a solution, they reached out to DBS for assistance. After thorough inspection, it was concluded that the wall was the main concern for leaking water, and CleanSpace® wall poly would need to be installed. This is an ideal product for an efficient waterproofing system. Along with the CleanSpace®, the building also had WaterGuard® installed at the bottom of the wall to catch any unwanted water along the concrete flooring, as seen in the attached photo.

Homeowners in Brimson, MN had some of the tell-tale issues associated with old basements in the area. Buckling walls were leaking water and causing mold and other major moisture issues. DBS Design Specialist Cole Lekander visited the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate where he evaluated the basement and created a plan of action. From there, our Foreman Zach Royer and his crew installed the WaterGuard® system along the perimeter of the basement.  The SaniDry® dehumidifier is of the highest quality and will assist in controlling humidity in the basement going forward.

After the basement's waterproofing was addressed, the PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System was then installed to address the cracking and bowing walls. The homeowners were happy with the work done and now enjoy a safe, moisture-free basement. 

Homeowners in Barnum, MN connected with DBS at the Duluth Boat and Travel Show expressing some concern about their basement. The walls were cracking and bowing, leading to water leaking through the foundation. This lead to muddy and moldy conditions that became quite uncomfortable. DBS Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo visited the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate where he evaluated the basement and created a plan of action.

From there, our Foreman Zach Royer and his crew installed the WaterGuard® system along the perimeter of the basement, paired with a TripleSafe™ sump pump system. A PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System was also installed to address the cracking and bowing walls.
