Our DBS Dr. Energy Saver crew used CleanSpace and sprayfoam insulation to protect and provide warmth under a three season porch in Forbes, MN. 

The windows in this basement were not idea for this situation. They allowed water to leak into the basement and their low insulation rating made then house much less efficient. With the sunrise windows we installed the basement is now more insulated and water no longer leaks through this the window openings. 

The foundation walls in this Chisholm, MN home had an extreme bow to them. They needed to be stabilized fast! 

The owner of this home in Bovey, MN was concerned about large cracks that had appeared over time in their basement wall causing a great degree of bowing. They have installed temporary supports but were getting frustrated with the inconvenience of repeatedly dealing with the issue. Looking for a permanent solution, the owners called DBS.

Design Specialist Rich Johnsen went out to the property to conduct a free no-obligation estimate of the issue. After completing the inspection, Rich notified the owners that DBS's PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System solution would solve their issues with ease.

Joe Harris was the Foreman assigned to this project and with the help of a crew, together they installed 5 PowerBrace™ I-beams. The I-beams are anchored with brackets at the top that can be tightened during dry periods in an attempt to straighten the wall. DBS's PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System guarantees that the wall is protected against additional cracking or bowing. After the PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System was installed the home has been permanently stabilized.

The owners of this home will relax comfortably knowing that they will not need to do any more temporary fixes in the future and their home is safe and sturdy for the future.
