Three of the walls were fully waterproofed, several power braces with joint reinforcements were installed, and a triple-safe sump pump system was installed. This homeowner now enjoys a safe and dry basement and is without any concern.

He explained to the homeowners that the installation of helical piers would help reposition the deck back to its original location. Following a comfortable price agreement, an appointment was set to have Primary Foreman, Casey Healy and his crew come out for the installation. In order to maintain the original deck’s position, the new piers were installed near the old ones, so that the deck’s weight could be transitioned right over to the newly stabilized helical piers. With the installation of these great piers, the homeowner no longer has to worry about the stability of the deck.
