Leaking Home in Cloquet, MN was

After receiving a referral from another contractor, this homeowner reached out about the water issues in the basement of their 1940's home.

Waterproofing Design Specialist Rich Johnsen visited the home for a free, no-obligation estimate for our waterproofing service. He determined that a french drain system with sump pump was needed to keep this basement dry. A DBS Foreman and crew installed this system including our WaterGuard® system, designed to capture water seepage through walls and leaks along the wall and floor joint. This drain system effectively captures wall and floor seepage before it reaches your basement floor. Water enters the system via inlet holes and flows through the drainage pipe to the home's sump pump.

This homeowner now has a functional, dry recreation and storage space for the family to enjoy.

Shifting Foundation in Duluth, MN Supported with Added Frost Protection

Owners of this 1876 home in Duluth, MN were concerned over worsening conditions with the home's block foundation. To finish the job, they added our SilverGlo™ insulation topped with gravel as frost protection, preventing heaving to the foundation footings as the ground freezes during winter months.
