DBS Before & After Photos

They reached out to DBS, and a crew was able to able to come out and provide the basement with WaterGuard® around the perimeter of the area. WaterGuard® is an underground drainage system that catches unwanted water from seeping through the concrete, and extracts it properly. It is a truly reliable system when done right. DBS worked on a basement that required waterproofing services, the water was getting in where the floor and walls met, this required interior waterproofing around the perimeter of the basement with sealant. The home also needed a replacement sump pump. These galvanized steel anchors work to create a pulling, stabilizing force on the wall, which can help shift the wall back to the original positioning. 

A homeowner in Duluth, MN was experiencing very obvious sidewalk deformities that were of great concern, and reached out to DBS for some help. When concrete begins to sink out of place, it can pose as a safety hazard for those that occupy the space. Fortunately, the homeowner was able to receive a free, no-obligation estimate for the issue and how to resolve it. It was determined that a crew would need to install PolyLevel® in order to lift and level the slabs. Once that was completed, they would use NexusPro™ to seal off the cracks. As you can see from the photos, the results turned out great, and the homeowner can now be more comfortable with a safer sidewalk area.
