One of our Design Specialists provided a free quote to the homeowner after a thorough inspection. One of our crews air-sealed the basement by sealing the rim joists of the home with polyurethane spray foam. A DBS foreman and crew installed a new french drain system and CleanSpace® Vapor Barrier along the perimeter of the basement. This system directs all the moisture to the home's existing sump pump.

The installation was successful and provided a solid solution to the leaking water.

This system sits flush with the floor and is completely hidden and new flooring will be installed over it. This home was repaired by DBS Foreman Zach Jorenby and his production crew.
