One of our design specialists visited the house to provide a free, no-obligation, estimate. They ultimately concluded that adding a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system and a CleanSpace wall poly system was the best course of action.

One of our foremen led his group in this installation. The team started by removing concrete spots from the house's interior perimeter. Then, to permanently address flooding, they installed our sub-floor drainage system. After that, the team installed our CleanSpace wall barrier to keep water vapor from entering through the foundation walls. Our Design Specialist went out to the property to do a free, no-obligation estimate to determine the best solution for the homeowner. After the inspection, our Design Specialist recommended our SprayFoam and cellulose insulation solution. 

One of our Foreman led the installation of this project with help from a team. The crew began by removing the old insulation and debris. Then they began the insulation process with the first layer of SprayFoam insulation since it also acts as an air sealant and a moisture barrier. Cellulose insulation is then blown into the space to help create a lasting and effective solution. Now this homeowner can relax in their healthy home!

This homeowner contacted DBS after noticing issues with their trailer's foundation and desired to level it without removing the current support. Despite a tight entry, the team installed three smart jacks near the exterior door and the start of their bedroom. The jacks were spaced out towards the shed, and frost protection was added to the clips poured a week earlier. The team used 6”x6” base plates and performed three lift procedures, achieving the desired elevation. Additionally, they shimmed up existing supports and sprayed 36 linear feet of spray foam to address any gaps created during the lift. The customer was happy with the work and felt more comfortable with her stable home!

Once the crew got out to the property, they started the project off by installing three SmartJacks® that were strategically spaced from the exterior door to the homeowners bedroom and addressing any gaps along the way with spray foam post-lift. After completing the lift procedures and shimming existing supports, the homeowner was satisfied with the outcome!
