Owners of this 1920's Duluth, MN home reached out to DBS for information on waterproofing their leaky basement. After moving into this home about 10 years ago, they noticed issues with moisture and leaking right away. They also noticed some uneveness in the home's floor, and sticking windows.

DBS Design Specialist Rich Johnsen provided a free, no-obligation estimate for waterproofing and foundation support. Our foreman and production team installed a new SuperSump® Premier Pump System in the basement. From there, our crew installed the 4 PowerBrace™ beams to stop the walls from further movement and 6 SmartJack® support beams to lift the sagging structure.
