DBS Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo visited the home and provided the homeowner with a free, no-obligation solution. After a careful inspection, Henrik suggested our crawl space encapsulation services to fully waterproof the crawl space. Our DBS foreman and crew then installed our CleanSpace® Drainage Matting and Vapor Barrier to help keep the space healthy and dry.

In combination with the 12 mil waterproofing this liner helps transform the nasty dirt area into a clean usable storage space that also helps remove musty smells from the home. 

A Virginia, MN homeowner reached out to DBS for a free, no-obligation estimate for his foundation wall. An appointment was set to have System Design Specialist, Royce Bunn make a visit to evaluate the home's foundation. Upon inspection, Royce proposed the solution of using a combination of PowerBraces and GeoLocks. The first step of this project was to install the PowerBraces and stabilize the foundation wall. These were installed by Foreman, Casey Healy, and his crew. The crew finished the first step of the project and will return in the Sprint to install the GeoLocks. The homeowner was happy that his wall was now stable. 

A homeowner in Virginia, MN was concerned about their uneven concrete walkway, so they reached out to DBS to help solve the problem. Our crew went out and lifted the slabs with PolyLevel®, then sealed the concrete with NexusPro®. This service provided a more smooth, safe sidewalk for the home.
