The owner was only interested in installing the foundational solution at the time but plans on consulting DBS for waterproofing in the future. A DBS solution called PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System permanently stabilizes foundation walls, and this solution is what James recommended to the owner.

A Foreman went to the property at a later date to lead the installation of this project. With the help of a crew, they installed 3 PowerBrace™ I-beams to support the wall that was cracked and bowing inwards. Following a proper installation, the home is now permanently stabilized against additional cracking and bowing.

Together, the team installed multiple Geo-Lock™ Wall Anchor Systems in order to ensure the support would be evenly distributed. The indoor wall plates are connected to outdoor earth anchors that are installed underground. These two components are adjusted and are able to pull the wall back to it's original position while offering stability.
