This customer was looking to properly insulate their attic for the upcoming below zero temperatures! After a quick response, our design specialist was able to recommended our SprayFoam product as a solution, while still leaving room for storage!

After scheduling the best time with the customer, one of our foremen led the installation of this project with help from a team. The crew began prepping by removing old insulation and built an area for the new insulation to be installed, alongside a safe area to store the homeowners items. Then they began the insulation process to help create a lasting and effective solution. Now this homeowner can relax in their healthy home!

Nestled on the shores of Lake Nebagamon, WI, this beloved family boathouse, with a history that spans generations, faced a serious challenge as its foundation began to tilt and weaken. With the summer waves of the lake adding to the instability, the safety and longevity of the boathouse were in jeopardy, sparking concern for its preservation.

Determined to safeguard this lakeside gem, we stepped in to restore its strength. As shown in the before photo, the damage was evident, but our solution lay in the precision and reliability of Helical Piers. Fast forward to the after photo—the transformation is clear. The foundation is now solid and secure, ensuring the boathouse can withstand both the elements and the test of time. We are proud to have played a part in preserving this family’s lakeside retreat for many years to come.

A homeowner needed better wall stabilzation for the foundation of their home. DBS went in and installed the GeoLock® Wall Anchor System to help support the wall and hopefully straighten it back out. The photos show the yard and foundation wall before and after the anchors were embedded within the soil.

These homeowners reached out to DBS for help stabilizing their bowing foundation walls. 

Design Specialist, Royce Bunn went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. Increased soil pressure over time has caused these walls to bow. GeoLock® wall anchors are embedded in stable soil away from your foundation wall and are then connected to steel anchors with long galvanized rods. These are tightened to stabilize shifting walls and can be adjusted over time in an attempt to bring the walls back to level. Foreman Zach Royer and his production crew worked hard to install the GeoLock® system. 

This home is now healthy, safe, and stable all year round! 

These homeowners in Makinen, MN reached out to DBS for help with making their cabin more energy efficient. Rising heating and cooling costs were an issue in this cabin and the homeowners wanted a permanent solution for the problem. 

A Dr. Energy Saver® Design Specialist went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. After inspecting the property and conducting an energy audit it was determined that closed cell spray foam would offer the best solution for the temperature regulation problem. This home was repaired by DBS Foreman Orrin Sundberg and his production crew.
