It had failing insulation causing temperature and humidity fluctuations in the rest of their home, as well as cold floors during winter months. To learn more about what steps were needed to seal their crawl space, they reached out to us about our Dr. Energy Saver services. 

A Design Specialist trained in energy-saving solutions, visited the home to provide a free, no-obligation estimate. It was recommended that a CleanSpace® vapor barrier be laid over drainage matting. These two products work together to direct water away from the crawl space into a new SuperSump® Premier Pump System. To further prevent moisture and the growth of mold, TerraBlock™ insulation and closed-cell spray foam were installed to fully seal and regulate temperature in the space.
