DBS Design Specialist Rich Johnsen provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the waterproofing system. A DBS Foreman and crew installed our WaterGuard® System along the perimeter of the basement, that will direct all moisture to a new TripleSafe™ Sump Pump. This pump system has a battery backup that provides several hours of additional protection against water damage if your primary pump fails for any reason, such as during a power outage.

DBS Foreman Orrin Sundberg and his production crew place a drainage layer and vapor barrier in the crawl space. This will prevent moisture from entering the cabin through the crawl space. Keeping your crawl space dry can also significantly reduce long-term damage to the wooden building material supporting the structure. From there, they applied closed-cell spray foam insulation to the rim joists where the crawl space was releasing cold air into the main level of the home.

Jose Valenzuela and his crew installed 100+ feet of supplemental support beam beneath the home and then drove 6 HelixPro® piers into the ground to support the structure. These piers are driven through the soil, down to the strata layer of rock, providing solid support to the space.
