After reaching out to DBS and talking with the DBS office staff, an appointment was made to have System Design Specialist, Rich Johnsen go out to the home for a thorough inspection and a free no obligation estimate. During the inspection, Rich was able to identify the problem and aid the homeowners' needs. Rich explained to the homeowner that the best possible solution would be to install power braces, which would stabilize the foundation walls. Following a comfortable price agreement, Primary Foreman, Lucas Bonk, and his crew made a trip out to the home to complete the job. Once the installation was complete, the homeowner no longer has to be concerned about the stability of the foundation walls.

Foreman Trevor Ingle took on the lead for the installation of this project. With the assistance of a crew, they installed the piering system using hydraulic pressure. The helical piers are driven underneath the perimeter of the house in order to help prevent the home from further sinking and settling.
