DBS Design Specialist Rich Johnsen visited the home for a free, no-obligation estimate for our waterproofing system. It was determined that a WaterGuard® system would be installed around the perimeter of the basement. Foreman Kevin Steffey and his crew installed the WaterGuard­­­® system along with a TripleSafe™ Sump Pump.

Homeowners in Moose Lake, MN were experiencing water issues due to cracking and shifting in their home's basement. They saw our ad on local television and contacted us looking for a permanent solution.

It was determined that a GeoLock® Wall Anchor System, as well as a CarbonArmor® Wall Reinforcing System, would be installed to support the sliding foundation blocks. 

This install was completed by DBS Foreman Zach Royer and his crew. The team even excavated a small part of an outer wall in order to complete the GeoLock® install, using Sentry Seal Membrane for extra waterproofing.

The solution to their problem was to relocate the existing sump and replace it with our TripleSafe™ Sump Pump and WaterGuard® system along the perimeter of the basement. Foreman Zach Jorenby and his crew successfully installed the waterproofing system.
