DBS Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo visited the home and gave a thorough inspection of the garage. He determined that the foundation was in good condition and that the concrete slab could be lifted and leveled using PolyLevel®.
Foreman Elisha Schlipp and her concrete repair crew completed the work. They drilled small holes and injected PolyLevel® to fill the voids beneath the slab. PolyLevel® expands upon contact with the soil and is able to raise the slab back to its original position. From there, our team carefully filled the cracks with NexusPro®, a silicone-based joint sealant.
This family is now able to comfortably pull vehicles in and out of the garage with ease!
