Owners of this 1950's cabin in Paynesville, MN were experiencing issues with the foundation and crawl space. There was some considerable cracking in the foundation that was causing the structure to settle. From there, DBS Foreman Zach Royer and his production team installed CleanSpace® vapor barrier to protect the space from moisture. Spray Foam insulation was also added to completely seal the space from outside air and moisture. 

This crawl space is now completely sealed, regulating temperature, and moisture levels for the entire home.
