A homeowner from Princeton, MN reached out to DBS looking for help with their sinking deck foundation. One of our Design Specialists went to the home to run a free no-obligation estimate appointment. After a thorough inspection, our Design Specialist provided the homeowner with a free quote for our Helical Pier System. One of our Design Specialists replaced the deck foundation with out Helical Pier System to provide permanent stability to the deck.

The owners of this home in Prior Lake, MN experienced issues with their sunroom sinking and settling into the soil. In hopes of finding a solution, the owners reached out to DBS.

Design Specialist James Miller went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate. After a thorough inspection, James educated the owners on a piering system that DBS installs for lighter structures which would be the perfect solution to their problem. 

Foreman Trevor Ingle led the installation of this project with help from a crew. Together they installed 2 HelixPro®helical piers underneath the structure of the sunroom to permanently stabilize it. Helical piers are installed by using heavy machinery to drive the steel piers deep beneath a structure until they reach soil that is strong enough to support the weight of the structure. 

The homeowners can now comfortably enjoy their sunroom without worrying about it sinking further into the soil.

This homeowner in Becker, MN, was facing an uneven sidewalk and wanted it in top shape before selling their home. Our jack solution is able to fully support the structure and can be adjusted in order to lift and level the floors.
