Our experience with DBS from start to finish was extremely professional. Our installation crew, consisting of Fred Ethan and Tyler were hard-working, professional, punctual, respectful and congenial from start to finish. We were kept informed and updated several times each day. They cleaned up perfectly when the work was completed. Things were a bit vague in the preparation for the wall bracing though- more information on what they actually do with the need for access to the ceiling joists would have been appreciated. I’m very happy with the projects I had completed.
