WaterGuard® and TripleSafe™ Installed for Water Pooling in Duluth, MN Basement

New homeowners of a 1960's Duluth home noticed water pooling in their basement. In search of a solution, they were referred to us by another local company and contacted us in search of a permanent solution.

DBS Design Specialist Rich Johnsen visited the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for our waterproofing services. DBS Foreman Kevin Steffey and crew then installed a WaterGuard® system and poured a new concrete floor over a layer of aggregate material and dimple matting to assist in the proper flow of any moisture to the new drain system. The homeowners also had a TripleSafe™ Sump Pump installed as well as a SaniDry™ dehumidifier for ultra protection against moisture.
