After inspecting the property, Henrik diagnosed a solution to keep moisture out of this basement for good. Foreman Joe Harris and his production crew worked hard to install a CleanSpace® waterproof barrier around the perimeter of the basement. This barrier collects water and will drain into our WaterGuard® french drain system, which empties through a sump pump. This system will not need to be cleaned or emptied!
