Foundation and Water Issues in Minneapolis, MN Home Solved with DBS SmartJack® and Basement Waterproofing Systems

This home in Minneapolis, MN suffered from both foundation and water issues. The homeowners reached out to DBS in hopes of finding a solution.

Design Specialist James Miller went to the property to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowners and after a thorough inspection, recommended our waterproofing and SmartJack® Systems.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with help from a crew. Together they installed the main steel beam and 4 SmartJack® supports to suspend the beam. They also installed our WaterGuard® french drain system with one of our sump pumps in order to keep water out of the basement.

Now that the basement has been properly waterproofed, the homeowners can relax without worrying about their health and safety.
