Concrete Tripping Hazard in Saint Paul, MN Home Leveled with DBS Solutions

These homeowners in Saint Paul, MN noticed their garage concrete slab was settling into the ground, creating an uneven surface. Wanting to get rid of the tripping hazards, they reached out to DBS for help. 

Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo assisted the owners in a free, no-obligation estimate. After a close inspection, Henrik provided a quote and recommended our PolyLevel® foam, as well as our NexusPro® sealant.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project, along with a team. The installation began by drilling small holes and injecting the PolyLevel® foam. Once injected, this foam expands and hardens, causing the slab to be lifted back to a level position. Next, the NexusPro® sealant is used to fill in the cracks and created a clean finish that will also prevent new damage.
