Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Waterproofing, Structural Support, and Spray Foam in Cable, WI

After moving in last September, this homeowner discovered a very wet crawl space, broken joists, and a cracked main beam causing structural concerns. Our team installed SmartPipe® to manage water in wet sand conditions, added two sump pump systems, and encapsulated the crawl space to keep it dry. We reinforced the structure with supplemental beams, sister joists, and SmartJack® supports under the main beam. To improve efficiency and comfort, we applied spray foam insulation. These upgrades have transformed the crawl space into a dry, stable, and energy-efficient part of the home, setting the stage for future leveling on the north side.
