Leaking Duluth, MN Basement Gets WaterGuard® and PowerBrace™ Systems

The owner of a 1950's home in Duluth, MN had leaked in their basement after winter thaws and heavy rains. In order to make this space more functional, the homeowners reached out to DBS in hopes of a permanent solution.

Design Specialist Henrik Makiktalo visited the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for our waterproofing service. Henrik determined that WaterGuard® drainage system and well as CleanSpace® Wall Poly were needed. DBS Foremen and crew installed the waterproofing system around the perimeter of the basement as well as a PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System to best support the basement.
