WaterGuard® System and TripleSafe™ Sump Pump Installed to Waterproof Basement in St. Paul, MN

The owner of this home in Saint Paul, MN had issues with water leaking into their basement. Over time, the water damaged the walls, flooring, and some of their belongings. Looking for a solution, the homeowner reached out to DBS.

Design Specialist James Miller went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, he generated a quote for our WaterGuard®System and a TripleSafe™ sump pump.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with help from a crew. Together they installed the WaterGuard®Drain System around the interior perimeter of the basement by creating trenches for the drains to be placed into. The TripleSafe™ sump pump was installed in the lowest part of the home to collect water in the drains and pump it up and away from the foundation.

Now that the home has been properly waterproofed, the homeowner can relax knowing that their basement will stay drier.
