Home Renovation Project Halted by Improper Stability in Cloquet, MN is Fixed with SmartJack® System

In hopes of a fun retirement project, this homeowner decided to redo their basement in Cloquet, MN. However, before they were able to get started, they knew they had to get work done in their crawlspace since the previous contractor cut corners. Needing a permanent solution, they reached out to DBS for help. 

Design Specialist Zach Guilliams assisted the homeowner in a free no-obligation estimate in order to find the best possible solution for this home. After a close inspection, Zach recommended that the homeowner have a SmartJack® Support System installed. 

Foreman Osia Williams led a team in the installation of this project. Together, the team installed a total of 5 SmartJack® Systems in order to evenly distribute the weight of the structure. These steel jacks are able to be adjusted in order to level the house and stabilize the whole structure. This adjustable system will work for years to come due to the fact that our SmartJack® Systems are rust-resistant.
