Sagging Floors in International Falls, MN Home Supported with SmartJack® Systems

These homeowners in International Falls, MN was experienced sinking, sagging floors over the years. This instability from their crawl space started to make the walls crack and doors and windows did not fit correctly. They trusted DBS to help them with this issue. 

Design Specialist James Miller provided these homeowners with a free, no-obligation estimate in order to find the right solution for their home. After careful inspection, it was decided that SmartJack® Systems would be the most effective solution.

Foreman Osia Williams led the installation of this project, along with a team. Together, the team installed 9 SmartJack® Systems in order to support the home. These support systems evenly distribute the weight of the structure to stabilize the home. They are also able to be adjusted in order to raise the structure and floors back to their original positions. 

These homeowners can now live comfortably knowing their home is stable and secure.
