Sinking Front Porch in Cloquet, MN Stabilized with DBS Helical Piers

The owner of this home in Cloquet, MN reached out to DBS in hopes of finding a solution to their sinking front porch.

Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo went out to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, Henrik recommended our piering system.

Foreman Trevor Ingle led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed 4 helical piers underneath the porch in order to properly support it. 

Now that the porch has been permanently stabilized, the homeowner will be able to relax and enjoy their front porch with peace of mind.
