Cabin in Isle, MN Stabilized with DBS Helical Piers and SmartJack® System

The owners of this home in Isle, MN reached out to DBS looking for a solution to the sinking cabin that they had just purchased.

Design Specialist James Miller went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, James generated a quote for our cabin helical pier system.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed helical piers underneath the perimeter of the cabin in order to provide permanent stabilization to the structure. The crew also installed our SmartJack®in the crawl space in order to stabilize the flooring in the cabin.

Now that the cabin has been permanently stabilized, the cabin owner can use the space as a retreat without worry.
