Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

Foreman Osia Williams led the installation of this project with help from Co-Foreman Rowan Wentworth. Together, the team installed the jack systems throughout the crawl space. These systems evenly distribute the weight of the structure and can be adjusted to lift the floor above back to a level position.

DBS Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the foundation support and a waterproofing system. DBS Production Manager Kevin Steffey was the leading foreman on the job. He and his production team installed our WaterGuard® System along the perimeter of the basement, as well as CleanSpace® Wall Poly on the walls. The system directs all moisture to a new TripleSafe™ sump pump. The crew connected this system to a new discharge line with IceGuard® to prevent freezing water in the winter months. 

The crew also installed 5 PowerBrace™ steel I-beams to stop the movement of the bowing basement wall and restore their original position. These homeowners were happy with the work done and now have a safe and dry basement to enjoy!

Homeowners of this 1960's Superior, WI home noticed issues with their basement walls upon moving in. Because the walls were bowing significantly, our crews needed to excavate soil on the outside of the home to restore the walls to their original position. The crew applied SentrySeal® and TerraBlock™ to give extra insulation and provide a waterproofing layer on the exterior wall.

The installation was successful and provided a solid solution to the leaking water and foundation cracks!
